The Princeton Lofts complex, located at 1046 Princeton Drive in Venice, Calif., is unique in its location, design and sensibility. An historic 60,000 square foot warehouse was inventively remodeled as a complex of thirty single- and multi-level lofts, each with its own distinctive configuration.
Balancing the old with the new, the Princeton Lofts combines all-new, steel construction, while retaining the original warmth and authenticity of the double-bow truss wood ceiling. No frills or surface decoration, but a raw sense of honesty in the plain walls, concrete and bolted steel structure, glass blocks, and sandblasted wood joists.
The lofts range in size from approximately 1,000 square feet to over 3,700 square feet. Each of the units is unique, incorporating design details that enhance each individual space. From mezzanines and in-residence, private elevators, to Boffi* kitchens and soaring skylights, each loft is a custom expression of the space and light, no two are the same.
